Inspection Planning has become somewhat of a lost art.  The mis-application of published sampling plans is widespread.  Let me demonstrate how to optimize your sampling plans by performing a risk assessment based on the related factors (cost, product impact, process controls, and inspection detectability).

AS9138 was released in January 2018, replacing the now obsolete ARP9013 and MIL-STD-105 specifications.  I will help you understand this confusing specification, and show you how to properly apply it to your business.
